Jeraldi suddenly turned around as he waited for the other two to decide what it is they were going to do. He hadn't heard from Kali in a while, and he realized she was nowhere to be seen. "Huh, she probably went to give that silver haired man a peace of her mind." He thought to himself as he turned back around.

Kvotha followed Darius, thinking about how the silver-haired man was helping them but refused to confront them. He must be bored, she thought. Especially to be playing games like this. Ultimately, she believed that his intentions would be revealed in the safety of the ship they were looking for. If they found a defect, then he must mean them ill will. If the ship passed their inspection, she would have to continue believing he was actually helping them with good intentions, albeit mysterious ones.
"Darius?" Kvotha began, breaking the silence. "Do you think we should trust this man who's been following us? He left me that signature when I was looking for him earlier, but he refused to reveal himself. I want to believe he's good, but I've never known anyone to be so secretive about themselves unless they wanted to cause trouble." She bit her lip hesitantly before she added the next part. "I'm also very curious as to how he knew about your trip in the first place."

"Do you really need that my dear? I guess if you must know, I'm just a normal Jedi with abnormal friends." he said with a smile, turning over his hand to revel a burnt ring around his finger. "Now, I think we need to go get some food and drink, since you missed supper with your crew."

Jeraldi turned to Kvotha as they were walking. "I don't mean to interrupt, but you do know he's been following us since we came to this planet? He's monitored our every moves, and he is a force user. He probably knows more about our trip, and us, than you think. I'm sure he is using some of the most advanced technology to sneak in on our conversations, such as the diner. He probably had some kind of cochlear synaptic device that can listen in the direction of wherever the user chooses. It's not a stretch to say that he knows even the most secretive details about our mission, that we ourselves don't even know."

Kali smiled at the silver-haired man. "I'd like to know your name at least," she said. "Did you have a place in mind for dinner?" She caught the burnt ring on his finger. She was curious, but decided to wait, and it took all her willpower not to finger the long scar on her left forearm in response.

Kvotha turned towards Jeraldi, smiling sideways at him. "That's what I'm talking about. He's investing so much energy in following us and listening in on us. I understand that he is uncovering all the details about us and this trip with his tricks and devices." She paused to arch an eyebrow questioningly. "What I don't understand is why he's taking the time to do these things. How'd he know to start listening in on the first place? How'd he know what planet, what people, and what time? I highly doubt he just stumbled on to this trip, there's been too much energy put into this from his end. He has to be connected to one of us somehow, I feel that's the only explanation."

"Well, if you must know, my name is Zanicus, but please, call me Zane, all my friends do." he said, nodding over to the cafe with his tea. "Yes, that's a nice little place over there, they even have frog legs." he smiled and winked in her direction. "She doesn't know about the Brotherhood right now.....interesting....." he thought to himself.

Jeraldi listened intently to Kvotha as she spoke and questioned how the whited haired man knew where and when they would meet up, and what their mission was about. "You bring up valid points. Something tells me he has a much deeper purpose, and he is trying to recruit for that purpose." Jeraldi said as he though to himself. There were only a few organizations he could think of that could have the knowledge and skills this man seemed to possess, and he shuttered at that thought of what this man could do if he belonged to a few of them.

Darius kept an open ear to Jeraldi and Kvotha. Kvotha was right, of course. The white haired man was too involved to be ignored. Brotherhood? he wondered to himself, looking back at his two companions.
"Regardless of his ties," he said, "we can't rule him out as enemy or ally yet." He sighed and paused, looking around. "I'll be up front with you two, now, as this may relate to the white haired man's presence."
Walking off the main street, Darius paused in the shadows of a wall and leaned against it, keeping an eye on the passing traffic. He couldn't see, or sense, the white haired man nearby, but others could still be listening.
"Our mission, originally just my mission, really starts millennia ago, before the Skywalkers and Empire. Long, long ago, Dxun was the site of a major battle between the Jedi and the very first Sith. Over the years, it's been the site of other major battles, particularly involving the Mandalorians, as well as Darth Lord Revan, a very famous Sith Lord who nearly destroyed the Republic centuries before the most recent Empire." He paused to take a breath. "On Dxun, there are hundreds, no, thousands, of mass graves, bunkers, crypts, and buried relics of those wars. Some have been found, but many more are yet unburied. THAT is our mission."
He pulled out his lightsaber and showed them the design and pointed out the differences between his blade and others more commonly known. "I found the blueprints to this lightsaber many years ago on my home planet. They were in a box within a wrecked ship. The ship had been destroyed for a long time, and exposed to the harsh elements; there wasn't much left. Save several names and coordinates, in addition to the blueprints of course. "Revan. Mandalore. Malak. Skywalker. Vader. Palpatine. The list was extensive. I've been searching for years, trying to figure out exactly where, and what, these coordinates were. Dxun."
He stopped, meeting their gazes and waiting for their reactions.

Jeraldi listened intently as Darius finally spilled information about Dxun and what their mission was. "Well it sounds like we are on a treasure hunt, but there are so many things going on right now that lead me to believe there is more involved here than just some old artifacts. You can't tell me we are going to go to Dxun and just find all of these without some opposition, otherwise we wouldn't be needing all of these supplies, a new ship, and most of all we wouldn't have some strange, force yielding, white haired lunatic carving things in to the side of our ship and running around like we are playing a game of hide-n-seek."

Darius couldn't help but smile at Jeraldi's words. He was right, of course. The particular artifact Darius was after could indeed spark some strong conflicts, especially if the Brotherhood was involved. Other factions were likely to become involved as well, perhaps even the Jedi, or Dark Jedi. Darius shuddered at the thought of his relatively harmless mission turning into a focal point for the conflict between the different warring and covert factions.
"You're right," he finally said, looking at Jeraldi. "There has to be more to this. Unfortunately, I don't know everything involved. I know some of the artifacts down there: an ancient white lightsaber, a Jedi Combat Armor suit, a few Jedi holocrons, and a sword that has been rumored to have the qualities of a lightsaber. No doubt there are other things down there that are more nefarious, and are going to attract more nefarious collectors. We just have to keep our eyes and ears open, stay cautious." Darius looked at Kvotha, meeting her eyes. She had yet to speak, and seeing as how she used to belong to the Jedi, he greatly valued her opinion on this matter. Looking back to Jeraldi, he said, "as for the white haired man, there's nothing much we can do. We know he's out there and will follow us to Dxun. Kali's probably looking for him right now, too. Right now, we just need to inspect that ship." He took a deep breath. "I told you about the mission so you wouldn't be walking blindly into something that could be very dangerous, a danger imposed by outside forces, people looking to stop us. But there will likely be those trying to help, too."
_______________
Matthias Blackmore was in a high orbit above the planet of Onderon. He could sense multiple Force signatures concentrated in one area of the planet. They were likely working together. He had been watching for some time, meditating and gaining further control over himself. Jeraldi had tricked him many years ago about the Jawas, but he wasn't bitter or angry. At first he was, and he had destroyed an entire city. But now, he was just curious as to why Jeraldi had tricked him. Was it out of some fool notion to protect the galaxy? Perhaps. The Force was pulling him to one of Onderon's moons, Dxun. He knew the history of the moon and it didn't surprise him that a strong presence of the Force still remained. Then another thought came to him: there are no coincidences. The grouping of Force wielders, and the proximity of Dxun, could only mean one thing: something was going to happen on Dxun.
Nodding to himself, Matthias returned to his ship's controls and entered coordinates to take him to Dxun's surface. As he neared the moon, he could make out particularly features, like old military camps and gun placements, large pyramidical tombs, and various other, older, landmarks. He chose a particularly large pyramid to land on. The top of the pyramid was flat, as if the tip had been sliced off, providing an opportune place to land his small one-man cruiser. The others would be coming soon. He could wait.

Jeraldi sighed as he could tell he wasn't going to get through to the others about the white haired man. He didn't necessarily believe the man was evil, but rather just a crazed lunatic. His motives seemed just, but Jeraldi felt he would just do more harm than good in the long run. Making everyone nervous about his motives, hiding out and spying, it was hard to tell what his intentions were and it made everyone side-tracked from the mission at hand. "Well, the sooner we find the ship, and Kali, and find out about this white haired man and what society or organization he proclaims, the better." Jeraldi said, as he could feel that something bad was happening. He had a strange feeling that something evil was waiting for them on Dxun, though he couldn't quite tell what. This "adventure" wasn't turning out quite like he had expected. "I have a feeling, we are going to need more than just guns when we land on Dxun." He said wearily as they continued walking.

Kvotha remained silent as she listened to Darius finally give them more information about the expedition. She was careful to keep her face neutral so as not to give away anything she was thinking about their mission. On one hand, it gave her a tingle of excitement to be involved on a trip recovering lost items. On the other hand, if the trip did attract others, those others could include her father. He had wanted her to use her ability of psychometry for exactly these sorts of adventures. She didn't mind handling historical items, she just hadn't wanted objects to rule her life. She liked helping people more, and as a Jedi Knight had wanted to be a healer. The arguments between Kvotha and her father had quickly become overblown, overdramatic, and overemotional... until she finally told him off, packed up, and left. Swearing she would never hold herself to the Order of the Jedi if she couldn't choose her own path. Of course, now her path was dealing with humans who refused to pay her because of her race, no matter how well of a job she'd done repairing their droids.
As Darius met her eyes, Kvotha let out the softest of sighs, letting the memories sift through her mind. She couldn't let his information or trip chase her off. She wanted to do this, repairing droids had grown... dull. She would just have to face her father if he ended up showing up. Otherwise, she was going to enjoy this trip, to hell with what dangers there would be.
Finally, after her thoughts calmed down and it seemed like the conversation between Darius and Jeraldi had slowed, Kvotha decided to speak. "I have to admit, Darius, that the Jedi side of me is nervous at poking around old artifacts." She looked at him wryly as she paused momentarily. "Yet the pull of excitement is strong. I can only agree about the danger of outside forces, I doubt we can begin to guess the magnitude of trouble or danger we'll be getting ourselves into. As long as we stick together and can trust each other, I think that we can do this. We have all proved ourselves to be talented in one way or another, it is only a matter of teamwork for us to survive this expedition." She looked intently at both Darius and Jeraldi, meeting their eyes to make sure they understood the seriousness of what she said. "I think Kali needs to hear this too, after she gets back. For now, let us find out about this ship and hurry onward. Who knows what people may have already arrived on Dxun?"

Darius smiled at Kvotha. "It'll definitely be interesting."
After a short walk, they came to the proper hanger. They had to enter the code for the ship before even entering the hanger proper. It was a beautiful ship. Not so large as to pose a problem landing, but definitely big enough to hold everyone and their supplies. It formed a sort of U shape, with the tips of the U being the engines and the cockpit at the apex of the curve. Multiple gun ports were visible above, below, and along the sides of the craft. It was also painted a wonderful slate gray, reflecting a minimal amount of light. Perfect, thought as they walked up to it.
"Let's explore a little, shall we?" he asked, activating a remote to lower the entry ramp. "Jeraldi, take the left wing, I'll take the right. Kvotha, could you please inspect the cockpit?"

"Nice to meet you, Zane. I'm Kali," she replied, and smirked. "Frog legs? I prefer to catch them when they're on the frogs." She fumbled around in the awkward silence. What to say?
"So...you're a Jedi?" she said, as they walked together. "What order are you associated with? Or are you independent?"
