Well, I know the reason most of us are here is because we all have a common love for the Inheritance series. What else do we all have in common, I wonder?
Star Wars, obviously, or else we wouldn't be on this site. What else is there? Here are some things I like, off the top of my head.
Inheritance cycle
Babylon 5
Left Behind series
books by Frank Peretii
books by Ted Dekker
cats
dolphins
Lord of the Rings
There's much, much more. How many other people like these things? How many people don't even know who the junk Peretii and Dekker are? lol.

I know about some of the things on that list....but not entirely interested in them. lol. I watch too much tv...and read only what seems interesting.
however, I like the following authors: Michael Crichton, Tom Clancy, Stephan King, J.D. Salinger, Oscar Wilde, Jane Austen, James Patterson, to name a few.
and no...i have no idea who those authors are.

I like to watch Jane Austen movies, but have never really gotten interested enough to read the books.

That's because she wrote them back in the, what, 1800s or something? That's why I have a hard time reading them. The style's just not what I'm used to.
Oh, yeah, and I also like Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper and Diet Coke, and have inherited my dad's revulsion of any Pepsi products. lol! I like chocolate, too. I'll excuse anyone who is allergic, but otherwise anyone who doesn't like chocolate needs to be checked into a mental institute. lol!

LOL. Chocolate is GOOD! I'm not into dark soda that much anymore, except for Root Beer. Elinor and Marianne kinda annoy me; they either whine too much or don't take action. But the story is good. I also like Shakespeare! He's awesome! Oooo and some of my favorite tv shows are: Dark Angel, Bones, Heroes, NCIS, Smallville, Charmed, Veronica Mars, Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, Burn Notice, Alias, and Leverage. lol too name some. lol I seriously watch too much tv shows.

Wow, I forgot about most of my TV shows. I like Heroes, Lost, and Smallville, mostly. I also watch Chuck and the Mentalist. And, of course, there's always B5. Man, that's probably my favorite one ever. Too bad most others don't care about it. lol

lol, only for this simple reason: you haven't seen it. Well, you now have my recomendation for a tv series to watch. There are 5 seasons and 5 movies. (do you feel some kind of theme going on here? lol) I think my favorite season is the third one. Hmm...you might be appalled at the fact that I based Marcus on Argetlam after a character named Marcus on the series and completely anhilated his character. lol

lol. yeah...its kinda hard to understand when i have no clue about it at all, but I can see why you would depict your characters from that. I do that too. A lot of my characters are depicted from shows that i've watched. for example, Liam is like Naruto from the Anime Naruto. lol or how Sirius or Alex is based on Jack Bristow from Alias (they all look like they're heartless, but in actuality they care) I have yet to create a character that is based on Max from Dark Angel, she is by far my fav character.

Yeah...lol, I don't watch any of those shows you're talking about. lol, it seems like the only shows we both watch are Heroes and Smallville, and I haven't seen Smallville in a long time.
Lost is an extremely weird show. lol, just to let you know.
