I have descended from the Cloudtop, and now with Blacksight I am wandering through the dark... It has been exactly a year since I killed Master Cloudglow. My Jedi Master. I have turned my back on my Jedi ways and have become Sith. It hasn't been as...fulfilling as I had hoped. I keep finding myself desiring to go deeper and deeper in the dark side, in the hopes that I find something that will assure me that I am on the right path. Because I honestly have never felt so lost before in all my life... *** Blacksight walked into the filthy cantina on Tatooine for several reasons. Not the least of which was she wanted something to drink. She sat down and orders some strong Corellian whiskey. What she got was anything but. She drank it anyway. Another reason she came in here was to meet someone. He had promised to help train her and to also give her a new mission once the current one was complete. Which brought her to reason three, who was standing in the center of the cantina. She was waiting for the right moment...the right moment to kill him. She didn't know who he was, but she had been told he needed to be killed, so she would do it, no questions asked. But for now she was just waiting...waiting...

Liam heaved as he finished his day's training. Lying on the moon's destitute floor, he gazed up into the darkness. "You have done well the past year, Riyo. I am very proud of you." "Thank you, mother. It is through your teaching and guidance that I am able to excel." "Nonsense. You've had the ability all along...you just needed to concentrate your skills in a more appropriate manner." Liam couldn't help but to smile. "It has been a while since I caused mischief and I doubt I will do it again. I have placed childhood behind me. I seek only to do what the Force needs to do. I want to protect and serve the galaxy." "It pleases me to hear you say such. But now, our time together has ended. It is time for you to be reunited with your Master on Courscent (i cant sp for the life of me)." "yes, mother. I will return." "And of your goals?" "I will do what needs to be done." "And of her?" Liam remained silent. "She is your weakness my son, you must be ready to do what is needed..." Liam only nodded, not wanting that to every occur. He gazed up at the stars again. Do you think of me, as much as I think of you? Karan....? Where are you? *** Sirius wrapped his cloak around him as he tasted the sand on Tatoonie. He was to meet Blacksight here and instruct her on the Sith practices. He mused on the idea, wondering how much he should teach her, after all, he didn't want to just give it all away - she was not his apprentice, for he already had one...if he would only show up once and awhile. (OOC: hehe backabuth)
He spotted her in one of the Catinas and walked over. Taking a seat beside her, he ordered a drink and took a nice swig at it. "Hesitation is a sign of weakness. Get this over with so we may continue." He hissed out, referring to the target she was suppose to kill.

OOC: lol, yeah, poor backa needs to get on...hopefully her computer will get fixed soon.
Blacksight didn't even glance at Sirius when he whispered to her, though she made it obvious she was annoyed. She glanced over at her target. He was leaning against the metal bar now. She casually placed her hand on the bar and sent electicity running through it. Anyone else who was touching the bar got a rather nasty shock, but the man she was killing shrieked out as an electical force ten times worse than the rest began to fry him. He tried to let go, but Blacksight used the Force to keep his hands touching it at all times. Finally, when she felt no more life in his limp and charred figure, she let him drop to the floor. Now she did turn to Sirius. "You were saying?" Her red eyes showed her annoyance. She felt a little prick in her conscience. She thought suddenly of someone she had only thought about at night, when she was alone. Liam...No, no I can't think about Liam. It wasn't meant to be. We can never be together... Still, deep down, the part of her that was still Karan missed him greatly.

OOC: yeah, that sucks that it broke.
Sirius' eyes went wide as he saw what Blacksight was about to do. He quickly removed his hands from the counter, with a sneer. However, it was wiped away when he watched the target cry and shriek out of pain. then he was silent. A crowd began to gather around him. "Get that man a medic!" Sirius yelled out as several people ran to do as he told them, while some others just turned around, ignoring the crisped figure. Sirius turned back to Blacksight. "It appears I stand corrected. Good. I would hate to think you've gone soft." He smirked at her, and then he felt a presence that he hadn't felt in awhile. He groaned. "What is that psychopath doing here?" He muttered as he locked eyes with Doomsday, who was across the Catina.
*** Liam's hair blew as the transport he was on took off. He stood at the edge of the ship, gazing out at the spirit that was his mother. "You are the light, my son, you must wave away the darkness..." Her voice whispered as she disappeared into the Force. Liam sighed, missing his mother, but knew, that she was always with him, as long as he was guided by the Force. He closed the opening and strapped himself down as the transport hit hyperdrive towards Courscant.
A few hours later, he was standing in front of the Council. "You have grown much, Cloudstrider." The Bothan told him. "Your wisdom has allowed it." He inclined his head at the Council. "I had not known that you had planned for me to train with my Mother." "Yes. We had sensed a great disturbance in the Force. Starlight, appeared and requested you to train with her; to allow you to understand your origins." A Gungan continued. "Do you understand it now?" "Yes, Masters. She has explained that I had no father, but I was created by the midi-chlorians and grew within her, as Anakin Skywalker." The Bothan nodded. "Yes, Rogue Moon is shrouded with the Force. The power there created you and now flows through you freely." Liam nodded. "It explains some of the abilities that I used without previous knowledge of it." "Does it explain your stubbornness?" Cloudflyer's voice echoed behind Liam, regarding Liam's wardrobe, which still resonated his Padawan days. His clothes were different, but they still had the black underlayer and the white overtop, but he no longer donned the white cloak but a simple brown one, that hid his Jedi appearance. Liam turned, a wide smile on his face. "Master Cloudflyer!" They embraced hands. "It is good to see you again." His old Master told him.
"Master Cloudflyer has a mission he needs to tend to, but as for you Cloudstrider, we have an important mission for you. One that you alone can accomplish." Liam turned to look at the Bothan with a raise eyebrow. "We have gathered intelligence that Blacksight is in Tatoonie. You must go there and end the chaos she has caused." "Blacksight?" Liam didn't know who that was. "She is a dark Jedi that arose a year ago. Your power will defeat her. Go now, and stop the suffering she has rendered among the galaxy." "It will be done." Liam bowed his head, unsure who this Blacksight was. He gave Master Cloudflyer a grin before leaving.
*** "You should have told him Blacksight's identity." Cloudflyer told the Council. "It will be easier on him if he does not." The Gungan answered. "Clearer his mind and heart will be." "Karan Horn no longer exists. She was consumed by Blacksight, Cloudstrider must do what he must for the Force." The Bothan added. "I understand." Cloudflyer inclined his head. "As for you, Master Cloudflyer. We need you to scout the outer rim. There has been sightings of unusual ships in the Galaxy. Identify them and report back to the Council." "It will be done." Cloudflyer bowed his head and left. "If the ships are what we believe them to be..." The Gungan told the Council. "Then may the Force be with us all." The Bothan replied.

OOC: fun, fun fun! Liam is sent to killed Karan...wow, this is going to be so much fun!
Blacksight turned at Sirius' comment, knowing he was there but not wanting to look at him. Doomsday... Another person she hated...with every fiber of her being. Her red eyes grew hard at the sight of him. "What I would give to see him dead," she muttered to herself. She turned to face Sirius. "I would be lying if I told you I wanted to meet him right now. I don't. I honestly can't think of anyone who would." Some electricity tingled in her hand as she thought of frying him like she had the other man. But no, to do something like that would draw attention to herself. "So what do you wish me to do next?" she asked.

OOC: yup yup yup!!! mwuahaha. awww...man...now i have to think of a mission for you....
Sirius scoffed. "He is a nuisance." He replied, regarding Doomsday as he imagined himself hacking the boy in itty bitty pieces. That put a smile on his face. Sirius frowned as he was interrupted by Blacksight from his daydream. "We need to stay in Tatoonie for a bit longer, I am afraid." His lips curled as he dusted off some sand from his cloak. "We've been hired by the Hutt family to eliminate a racer that they're not so fond of." He looked at his fingernail, flicking off dirt. "The racer has been winning too much; we've been sent to make sure that no longer happens. Anyways, the pod racing won't begin until the day after tomorrow. So you have until then to get rid of him. I want this done quickly and quietly. Then we get paid." He told her.
*** Liam's hood covered his face as he walked off the transport and onto the sand of Tatoonie. He had never been here before and was curious to see the various creatures and machines buzzing about. It was nothing like Courcent, of course, but it was still a new thing to see. He began to walk out of the spaceport and into the dusty weather. He would need to find a place to stay, in order to meditate on where he may find Blacksight. As he walked off, he felt a presence that he had not expected. It was small...barely there, so he regarded it only as a fantasy. Now is not the time to think about her, Liam....concentrate. Karan isn't here. He sighed, pulling the cloak aorund him more tightly, and hiding his face inside his hood.

Blacksight nodded at the instructions. Sounded like typical Hutt business. Eliminate a racer the before the day after tomorrow and get paid. That was something she was very glad to do. Suddenly, she stiffened, quite visibly, and gripped the edge of the bar with all her strength. She felt a familiar presence...one that she had been longing for and hoping to feel every day, and yet...the same presence she had been fearing to meet. This presence made her want to shout for joy and cower in fear and scream in anger and cry in sorrow all at the same time. "Liam..." she whispered, hardly any sound escaping her. With that one word, a tear started to roll down her face, and she swiped it away angrily, hoping Sirius didn't see it. What am I going to do? Blacksight wondered. As Blacksight, she wanted to rush at him and immediately eliminate this threat to her new way of living. But the small part of Karan still living in her would never let herself kill him, or harm him in any way. She would much rather die. She cleared her throat, composing herself, then asked Sirius, "Can you get me the ID on that racer? I've suddenly gotten the...worst headahe."

Sirius stared at Blacksight for a moment without speaking. Her demeanor had suddenly changed. He hadn't noticed the tear, but did see her shift a bit. He frowned, thinking that she would have rather enjoyed picking off the racer as she tried to figure out who he was. He shrugged. "Fine. I'll do that for you. Just keep in mind, how serious are you to this?" He stood up, eyed her for a moment longer, took one last moment to drink, and walked away as he made one final glance towards Doomsday.
*** Liam rented out a room at a local motel. Luckily he was able to retrieve one since a pod racing event was about to begin a few days. He thanked the manager and went to reside in his clay made apartment. Sitting on the floor, Liam tossed his cloak aside. He meditated, but that didn't last long. Karan's presence still stifled the air around him to a point he swore he would have suffocated in it. Unlinking his mind to the Force, he decided to check the area out. Taking his cloak up, he again wrapped it around him so that no one would know who he was.
Liam glanced around the busy trade street as some odd trinkets and supplies as he made his way towards a local Catina....

Blacksight watched Sirius leave, holding herself still. Her heart was aching to go find Liam, her fear was telling her to hide from him. She eventually left the cantina, but stopped short in the doorway. There, in the street, coming toward her, was Liam! She just stood and stared for a few seconds, then disappeared back into the cantina, making her way to the back. What are you so afraid of? the Sith in her asked, Just ignore him. If he does anything that alarms you, kill him. No. I can't kill him. I won't kill him. Not even if Sirius told me to. Then you betray what it means to be Sith. Karan could think of no response, but continued to muse, hoping. Hoping that Liam wouldn't try to find her, or that he would, she wasn't sure.

One of the shop merchants shoved a trinket at him. Liam couldn't help but to laugh at the old lady's persistence. "Sorry, no. I'm not interested...thanks." He maneuvered his way away from her. She shrugged and decided to shove it at another traveler.
Liam's hood fell off from that encounter and he decided to leave it off; there was no harm from it. He walked into the Catina, his eyes pondering...because it was there again...her presence...but it was clouded...with something else. Am I going mad? He asked himself, but it hit him harder and he knew that he wasn't hallucinating. Glancing around quickly, he followed the Force to the back of the Catina. He still looked around carefully, wondering where she was. He even spotted an old foe in the room. Cloaking himself with the Force, he hid his presence from Doomsday. Thankfully, Doomsday didn't seem to notice him. He continued to move to the back, wondering why on earth he would sense karan and Doomsday in the same room. Did he miss her so much that he could feel her presence on others that she had encountered? He walked backwards, away from Doomsday, but didn't notice that he was backing towards Karan.

Jeraldi sat in the back of the Cantina slowly taking sips of his drink as he took in his surroundings. Jeraldi was a free lance jedi. He lived and worked for himself and no one else. He came to this planet because for some reason, something caught his attention. He felt as if someone might need his help here. Though, he couldn't tell who or what it was, and he didn't know why he cared so much. Maybe out of curiosity, maybe out of sympathy, or maybe just because he wanted some excitement and interaction. He could feel the forces around him in the Cantina some stronger than others, but nothing out of the ordinary or that struck his attention. He decided to let his full force show in the Cantina, maybe...whoever he felt he needed to help would feel him, but others may as well...He didn't know what he was supposed to be doing. "What the heck, it's worth a shot." He said as he continued to sip his drink.

Blacksight didn't turn, didn't look back at Liam as she felt him coming toward her. Get a hold of yourself! He means nothing to you, any more than the Jedi counsel, or Master Cloudflyer, or any other Jedi. If fact, he is you enemy! You should strike him down now! But she couldn't, and wouldn't, move. She could only sit there, hoping, longing, and fighting her uncontrolable emotions.

Liam didn't notice the table behind him until the last moment. He turned quickly to catch himself before he fell. "Sorry." He gave a nervous chuckle and as he glanced up, a riveting shock contorted his whole mind. He was leaning over the table and found himself staring right at Karan. Except her eyes were different...they were what he remembered seeing them last...they were red. He just stared at her, completely speechless.

Blacksight stared into Liam's eyes, and all her feelings of before were amplified until she had to grip the table to keep from leaving. She actually felt like killing something right then, just to ease her mind of the shock of actually finding herself face to face with him. She took a quick glance around the room, seeing both Doomsday and a man she felt was strong in the Force in there. She finally settled on a poor looking drunk not too far from her and started to choke him through the Force. It put the dark side in her at enough ease so she could look at Liam without the desire to harm him. "What are you doing here?" she asked bluntly.

Jeraldi saw a lady, strong in the force, who seemed to be choking a supposedly random man just for the heck of it, who had been minding his own business. "It's....it's not my fight." Jeraldi thought has he tried to take his mind off of it. He felt sympathy for the man, however, and decided to walk over and see what the problem was. He proceeded towards the girl who seemed to be trying to relieve her stress. "Excuse me mam, is there any particular reason you are attempting to kill this innocent bystander?" Jeraldi asked politely all the while questioning himself asking what he was getting into.
